Import VAT & duties
Your purchase may be subject to import VAT & duty. These charges are issued by your government, varies depending on the country and will be claimed from customs. We have no control over these charges. As the recipient, you are responsible for all import fees. If you refuse to pay this, the parcel will be sent back to us and we will have to pay VAT twice (import & export). We will deduct this VAT from your refund if the package is returned to us.

RETURN SHIPPING PROCEDURE
1. Using the Delivery/Return Note that came inside the shipment, please indicate the item(s) you would like to return and write in the return reason code. For an exchange, indicate your preferred size/colour. The Delivery/Return Note also serves as your official return notification.
2. Insert the completed form inside the box together with the item you are returning, reseal the original shipping box and cover up the old shipping labels by the return address label.
3. Send the item back via any tracked mailing service you prefer.
PLEASE TRY ON GARMENTS WITH CARE
- All returned items must have their original tags attached, be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- No deodorant, make-up or perfume on returned garments.
- Please note items returned either damaged or without all the original tags attached will be sent back to you.
- Please remember that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us, so we recommend that you use a tracked courier service.
